数字素养对乡村居民旅游创业意向的影响机制OA
Impact of digital literacy on rural residents' tourism entrepreneurial intention:An extended TPB model approach
当前全球数字技术蓬勃兴起,深刻重塑了传统乡村旅游创业模式,在我国乡村振兴战略和数字乡村发展战略背景下,提升乡村居民数字素养是抓住乡村旅游创业新机遇的重要举措.研究基于计划行为理论(TPB)与乡村旅游创业情景,探讨乡村居民的数字素养对其旅游创业意向的影响机制,分析其行为态度、主观规范和感知行为控制发挥的中介作用,共提出10个研究假设.通过对云南省昆明市7个乡村旅游目的地的347位居民进行问卷调查,并运用结构方程模型和Bootstrap中介效应检验方法进行实证分析.研究发现:1)数字素养对乡村居民旅游创业中的行为态度和主观规范具有直接正向影响.2)乡村居民的行为态度、主观规范和感知行为控制对其旅游创业意向具有直接正向影响,其中感知行为控制的影响最显著.3)数字素养需通过行为态度和主观规范间接影响乡村居民旅游创业意向.4)数字素养对行为态度的影响在男性和女性之间存在显著差异,女性的影响程度显著低于男性.研究将数字素养作为前置变量纳入TPB理论框架,拓展了理论解释边界,揭示了数字乡村建设背景下关于乡村居民旅游创业意向的"技术能力-心理认知"双路径影响机制,为如何提升乡村居民数字素养及旅游创业意向,制定相关政策提供参考依据.
The rapid global rise of digital technology has profoundly reshaped traditional rural tourism entrepreneurship models.Against the backdrop of China's Rural Revitalization Strategy and Digital Rural Development Strategy,enhancing the digital literacy of rural residents is a crucial measure to seize new opportunities in rural tourism entrepreneurship.Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB)and the context of rural tourism entrepreneurship,this study explores the impact mechanism of rural residents' digital literacy on their tourism entrepreneurial intentions,and analyzes the mediating roles of behavioral attitudes,subjective norms,and perceived behavioral control.A total of 10 research hypotheses are proposed.Questionnaire survey of 347 residents from seven rural tourism destinations in Kunming,Yunnan Province,structural equation modeling(SEM)and Bootstrap mediation effect testing methods are employed for empirical analysis.The study finds:1)Digital literacy exerts a direct positive impact on rural residents' behavioral attitudes and subjective norms in tourism entrepreneurship.2)Rural residents' behavioral attitudes,subjective norms,and perceived behavioral control directly and positively impact their tourism entrepreneurial intentions,with perceived behavioral control being the most significant factor.3)Digital literacy indirectly influences rural residents' tourism entrepreneurial intentions through behavioral attitudes and subjective norms.4)The impact of digital literacy on behavioral attitudes shows significant differences between men and women,with the effect being significantly weaker for women than for men.This study incorporates digital literacy as an antecedent variable into the TPB theoretical framework,expanding the boundaries of theoretical interpretation.It reveals a dual-path influence mechanism of"technological capability-psychological cognition"on rural residents' tourism entrepreneurial intentions in the context of digital rural construction,providing insights into enhancing the rural residents' digital literacy to promote their tourism entrepreneurial intentions.
