为探究巾子峰国家森林公园常绿阔叶林群落特征及其与土壤的关系,揭示其生物多样性维持机制的基础,以巾子峰国家森林公园的植物群落调查数据和土壤分析结果,从物种-面积累计曲线、群落物种组成、区系成分、α多样性指数、径级结构,并结合Mantel检验分析物种多样性与土壤化学因子的关系.结果表明,物种-面积累计曲线初段快速上升,中后期逐渐平缓,研究的样地能涵盖巾子峰国家森林公园中段的物种组成;常绿阔叶林群落中胸径(DBH)≥1 cm的木本植物共计 4 810 株,隶属29 科58 属105 种,其中,常绿树种有3 697 株,远多于落叶树种(1 113 株),主要属于壳斗科、蔷薇科、杜鹃花科、樟科和山茶科;热带区系分布属(25 个)的数量是温带区系分布属(15 个)的 1.67 倍,热带成分占优势;样地内木本植物的平均胸径为 6.10 cm,总体径级结构呈现倒"J"型,1 cm≤DBH<20 cm的木本植物数量占比达91.56%,群落更新良好;土壤有效磷、硝态氮含量是影响群落α多样性指数的显著因子(P<0.01 或P<0.05).

This study investigated the community characteristics of the evergreen broad-leaved forest in Jinzifeng National Forest Park and their relationships with soil properties,aiming to elucidate the underlying mechanisms of biodiversity maintenance.The data of plant community survey and soil chemical analyses in the park were integrated for comprehensive ecological assessment.The study examined the species-area cumulative curve,species composition,floristic elements,α-diversity indices,and diameter at breast height(DBH)structure,while employing Mantel tests to assess correlations between species diversity and soil chemical variables.The species-area cumulative curve exhibited a rapid initial increase followed by gradual saturation,indicating that the sampling effort adequately captured the species composition of the mid-elevation zone within the park.A total of 4 810 woody individuals(DBH≥1 cm)were recorded,distributed across 105 species,58 genera,and 29 families.Evergreen species(3 697 individuals)substantially outnumbered deciduous species(1 113 individuals).Dominant families included Fagaceae,Rosaceae,Ericaceae,Lauraceae,and Theaceae.Genera with tropical floristic affinities(25 genera)exceeded those of temperate origin(15 genera)by a ratio of 1.67∶1,indicating the predominance of tropical elements in the flora.The mean DBH of woody plants was 6.10 cm,and the DBH distribution displayed a typical inverted"J"shape,with 91.56%of individuals falling with the range of 1 cm≤DBH<20 cm,suggesting robust natural regeneration and favorable community dynamics.Mantel test results revealed that soil available phosphorus and nitrate nitrogen levels were correlated with α-diversity indices(P<0.01,P<0.05).
