The precise supply of nonbasic public services is an important way to meet people's aspirations for a better life.Previous studies have over-looked the complexity of demand interaction,interest coupling,and action coordination in the supply of nonbasic public services.According to the the-ory of refined governance and supply-demand adaptation,a circular process analysis framework based on"demand identification-supply and demand ad-aptation-quality monitoring"has been constructed around the process of"demand-supply-evaluation".According to this framework,nonbasic public services face challenges such as inaccurate demand identification mechanism,malfunctioning supply-demand adaptation mechanism,and inadequate quality supervision mechanism.To meet the people's aspirations for a better life,it is necessary to establish mechanisms for accurately identifying non-basic public service needs,adapting supply and demand,and supervising quality.
