以人民为中心:新时代建设人民城市的逻辑遵循与路径指向OA

Building a people's city in the new era is an essential way to implement the people-centred development ideology and to promote high-quality urban development.In terms of logic,building a people's city should respond to the people's expectations,meet people's new demands for high-quality development,consolidate the people's value base based on the natural advantages of our system,serve the development pattern of the times,and promote the modern transformation of the governance system.Empirically,however,multiple dilemmas still obstruct the ideal.Extensive expansion continues,leaving urban quality and efficiency hard to lift.Humanistic values struggle to take root,resulting in shallow humanitarian care.Public-service systems develop unevenly,creating regional mismatches in functional facilities.Talent institutions lag behind,and impetus for ecological governance remains weak.These bottlenecks seriously hinder the realization of the"cities for the people"vision.To break the deadlock and usher the construction of people's cities into a new stage,we must:compress room for extensive expansion and shift resources toward quality and efficiency;entrench the principal status of the people and deepen urban humanistic care;upgrade public-service supply and perfect the functional urban system;improve institutions to attract and cultivate talent while empowering co-governance mechanisms for urban ecology.In so doing,China can modernize its urban governance system and capacity and effectively answer the people's expectations for a better life.
