柔性涌现与刚性锁定:新能源汽车企业生存分化的机制解析OA
Flexibility Emergence and Rigid Lock-in:A Mechanism Analysis of Survival Differentiation among New Energy Vehicle Enterprises
厘清新能源车企生存分化的内在机制,不仅有助于企业突破产业内卷、重塑竞争优势,也为国家在新质生产力引领下发展战略性新兴产业、推进高质量发展提供理论支撑.研究基于组织柔性理论,选取四家典型新能源车企,采用多案例对比研究方法,揭示企业死亡与生存的深层动因.研究发现:结构、资源和战略是组织惯例的生成基础,三要素通过"自上而下"与"自下而上"的双路径嵌套机制,打造柔性和刚性两种运行惯例;企业突围的根本原因在于发展出柔性惯例,柔性惯例表现为结构柔性、资源柔性和战略柔性的双路径嵌套,通过循环涌现组织柔性,构建起组织演化的动态适应能力;淘汰现象与企业发展出刚性惯例相关,刚性惯例表现为结构刚性、资源刚性和战略刚性的双路径嵌套,通过封闭强化组织刚性,造成组织运行的系统性僵化.研究拓展了组织柔性理论的应用边界,为增强企业韧性与完善政策支持体系提供了可推广的现实经验.
Clarifying the internal mechanisms behind the survival differentiation of new energy vehicle(NEV)enterprises not only helps companies overcome industrial involution and reshape competitive advantages,but also provides theoretical support for the state to foster strategic emerging indus-tries and advance high-quality development under the guidance of new productive forces.Drawing on organizational flexibility theory,this study selects four NEV enterprises and employs a multi-case comparative research approach to uncover the underlying drivers determining the survival of firms.The findings reveal:structure,resources,and strategy constitute the generative basis of organizational routines.Through a dual-path nested mechanism of"top-down"and"bottom-up"interactions,these three elements shape two distinct types of operating routines—flexible and rigid;the fundamental rea-son behind firm survival lies in the development of flexible routines.Such routines manifest as structural,resource,and strategic flexibility that co-e-volve via dual-path nesting.By continuously generating organizational flexibility,firms establish dynamic adaptive capacities for organizational evolu-tion;firm death,by contrast,is associated with the formation of rigid routines.These routines take the form of structural,resource,and strategic rigidity,which,through closed reinforcement of organizational rigidity,lead to systemic ossification in organizational operations.This research extends the application boundary of organizational flexibility theory and offers empirical insights for enhancing enterprise resilience and improving the policy sup-port system.
