从"腹气有街"探讨针刺治疗非特异性腰背痛思路OA
Exploring the Therapeutic Approach of Acupuncture for Non-Specific Low Back Pain from the Perspective of"Abdominal Qi Street Theory"
非特异性腰背痛以腹背核心肌群的协同性下降为主要表现,发病率和复发率逐年增高,已成为危害人类健康的严峻卫生议题.目前,针刺在缓解腰痛方面取得了可靠的临床效果,而腹气街理论对针刺治疗取穴起着重要的指导作用.本研究根据非特异性腰背痛的临床特征,结合腹气街的位置和功能,从脏腑和经筋两个角度分析腹气街与非特异性腰背痛病因病机的关系,探讨"腹气有街"理论对于针刺治疗非特异性腰背痛的指导意义.
Non-specific low back pain characterized by decreased coordination of the core musculature in the abdominal and lumbar regions,has seen an increasing incidence and recurrence rate,becoming a severe public issue endangering human health.Acupuncture has demonstrated reliable clinical efficacy in alleviating low back pain,the theory of abdominal Qi street plays a pivotal guiding role in acupoint selection for acupuncture treatment.Based on the clinical features of NLBP and integrating the anatomical localization and functional attributes of the abdominal Qi street,this study investigates the etiopathogenetic relationship between the abdominal Qi street and NLBP from both Zang-fu organ and sinew channel perspectives.It further explores the guiding significance of the"abdominal Qi street theory"in acupuncture treatment for NLBP,aiming to provide theoretical and practical insights for optimizing therapeutic strategies.
