从"小肠主液"理论探析"小肠病"诊疗思路OA

As a category of Zang-Fu organ diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),"Small Intestine Diseases"pose significant threats to human health.The fluids transformed by the Small Intestine moisten the meridians,tendons,and bones.The Heart and Small Intestine,interconnected through their exterior-interior relationship,jointly govern blood generation.Additionally,the meridian pathway characteristics of the Small Intestine Channel determine its physiological functions'close association with the Qi transformation of the Middle Jiao.This paper identifies the core pathogenesis of"Small Intestine Diseases"as:stagnation of body fluids in the meridians,descent of Heart Fire to the Small Intestine,and failure of the Small Intestine to separate the clear from the turbid.These pathological mechanisms may lead to clinical manifestations such as localized muscular contracture and pain along the affected meridians,as well as hematuria and turbid urine.Based on these pathogenic features,this study establishes diagnostic and therapeutic strategies centered on promoting fluid circulation to moisten meridians,regulating Zang-Fu organs to facilitate water passage,and consolidating Qi to retain essential substances.The aim is to elucidate the clinical guidance value of the"Small Intestine Governing Body Fluids"theory in managing"Small Intestine Diseases".
