目的:筛选蒙古黄芪合适的化肥及微生物菌剂配比,提高其产量及品质.方法:采用随机区组进行大田试验,研究化肥减量配施微生物菌剂对蒙古黄芪产量、有效成分含量及土壤养分特性的影响.结果:与CK相比,化肥减量(T1、T2)处理,降低了蒙古黄芪产量,但差异不显著,化肥减量配施微生物菌剂(T3、T4)处理,产量明显增加,最高增幅达 35.26%;T1、T2 处理,降低了总皂苷、总黄酮含量,增加了多糖含量,T3、T4 处理下有效成分含量均有提升,与CK相比,总皂苷、总黄酮及多糖含量最高增幅分别达 4.54%、14.38%、37.19%;T1、T2 处理,降低了蒙古黄芪田间土壤有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量,T3、T4 处理下土壤养分含量有了明显提升;总皂苷含量与土壤速效钾含量显著相关,总黄酮含量与蒙古黄芪产量显著相关、与有机质含量极显著相关.结论:化肥减量 25%下配施微生物菌剂,可有效提高土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效钾、有效磷含量,促进蒙古黄芪产量和品质的形成.

Objective:To improve the yield and quality of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus by screening suitable fertilizer and microbial microbial ratio.Methods:The effects of fertilizer reduction combined with microbial agent on yield,active components con-tents and soil nutrient characteristics of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus were studied in a randomized field experiment.Results:Compared with CK,fertilizer reduction(T1,T2)treatment could decrease the yield of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholi-cus,but the difference was not significant.Under fertilizer reduction combined with microbial agent(T3,T4)treatment,the yield in-creased significantly,with a maximum increase of 35.26%;T1 and T2 treatment could decrease the contents of total saponins and total flavonoids,and increase the content of polysaccharides.T3 and T4 treatments could increase the content of active components,and com-pared with CK,the highest increase of total sapenins,total flavonoids and polysaccharides contents was 4.54%,14.38%and 37.19%,respectively.T1 and T2 treatments reduced the contents of soil organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and a-vailable potassium,and T3 and T4 treatments significantly increased the soil nutrient content.The content of total saponins was signifi-cantly correlated with the soil available potassium content,and the content of total flavonoids was significantly correlated with yield and extremely significantly correlated with organic matter content.Conclusion:The content of soil organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available potassium and available phosphorus can be effectively increased with 25%reduction of fertilizer and application of microbial microbial agent,and the yield and quality of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus can be promoted.
