草麻黄根木脂素类化学成分研究OA北大核心
Lignans from the Roots of Ephedra sinica
目的:研究草麻黄Ephedra sinica Stapf根的木脂素类化学成分.方法:利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20 葡聚糖凝胶、半制备HPLC等多种色谱方法对草麻黄根水提取物进行分离纯化,根据化合物理化性质和波谱特征进行结构鉴定.结果:从草麻黄根的水提物中分离得到 25 个木脂素类化合物,分别鉴定为:开环异落叶松脂醇(1)、equi-selignan F(2)、piperphilippinin Ⅵ(3)、二氢荜澄茄素(4)、(8S,8′S)-3,3′-dimethoxyligna-4,4′,9,9′-tetraol-9-actate(5)、(2R,3R)-bis[(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)methyl]-1,4-diacetate(6)、罗汉松脂素(7)、5-甲氧基异落叶松脂素(8)、isolariciresinol(9)、松脂素(10)、杜仲树脂酚(11)、表松脂酚(12)、丁香脂素(13)、表丁香脂素(14)、落叶松脂醇(15)、lariciresinol 3-acetate(16)、刺五加酮(17)、sanshodiol(18)、双氢芝麻脂素(19)、榕醛(20)、bombasin(21)、(7S,8R)-ceplignan(22)、(7R,8S)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(23)、9′-O-ethyl-dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(24)、sesquipinsapol B(25).结论:其中,化合物 1、5～24 为首次从草麻黄中首次分离得到.
Objective:To study the lignans from the roots of Ephedra sinica.Methods:The chemical constituents from the water ex-traction of the roots of Ephedra sinica were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,semi-preparative HPLC and other meth-ods,the compounds were identified according to the physiochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Twenty-five lignans were isola-ted from water extraction of the roots of Ephedra sinica and identified as secoisolariciresinol(1),equiselignan F(2),piperphilippinin Ⅵ(3),dihydrocubebin(4),(8S,8′S)-3,3′-dimethoxyligna-4,4′,9,9′-tetraol-9-actate(5),(2R,3R)-bis[(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)methy1]-1,4-diacetate(6),matairesinol(7),5-methoxyisolariciresinol(8),isolariciresinol(9),pinoresinol(10),medioresinol(11),epipinoresinol(12),syringaresinol(13),episyringaresinol(14),lariciresinol(15),lariciresinol 3-acetate(16),ciwujiatone(17),san-shodiol(18),dihydrosesamin(19),enythro-geaiacylglycerol-β-O-4′-siapylether(20),bombasin(21),(7S,8R)-ceplignan(22),(7R,8S)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(23),9′-O-ethyl-dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(24),sesquipinsapol B(25),respectively.Conclu-sion:Among them,compounds 1,5 to 24 are isolated from Ephedra sinica for the first time.
