高价值专利路径成因研究OA
Research on the Causes of High Value Patent Pathways
[目的/意义]识别高价值专利的路径成因,有助于促进企业优化自身专利布局,为国家加强知识产权建设提供参考.[方法/过程]以压缩空气储能领域的高价值专利为研究对象,基于专利内部价值属性(技术、市场、法律、经济、战略)与外部竞争环境(创造、运用、保护、管理、服务)的双重视角,运用必要条件分析方法(NCA)和模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA),从组态视角系统探究高价值专利的生成路径.[结果/结论]研究发现,高价值专利的生成是内部价值属性与外部竞争环境非线性交互的复杂结果,二者通过多重并发因果关系共同驱动专利价值跃迁.高价值专利的5种组态模式为技术驱动型、战略协同型、经济主导型、环境依赖型和混合路径型.研究表明,高价值专利的形成既依赖于技术势能的持续积累,也需要与外部环境动态适配,其中技术价值在多数组态中发挥核心作用.建议从强化核心技术专利布局、优化专利转化生态、培育潜在高价值专利3个维度入手,推动专利价值释放.
[Purpose/Significance]Understanding the formation paths of high-value patents can help enterprises refine their patent strategies and offer guidance for strengthening national intellectual property systems.[Method/Process]This study examined high-value patents in the field of compressed air energy storage,adopting a dual perspective of inter-nal value attributes(technological,market,legal,economic,strategic)and the external competitive environment(cre-ation,utilization,protection,management,services).Using Necessary Condition Analysis(NCA)and Fuzzy-set Qualita-tive Comparative Analysis(fsQCA),it investigated the configurational paths that lead to high-value patents.[Result/Con-clusion]The results show that high-value patents emerge from complex,non-linear interactions between internal attributes and external conditions,driven by multiple causal combinations.Five distinct configurations are identified:technology-driven,strategic synergy,economic dominance,environmental dependence,and hybrid paths.The study highlights the central role of technological value and emphasizes the importance of both sustained innovation and dynamic environmental alignment.It recommends enhancing core patent portfolios,improving the commercialization ecosystem,and cultivating potential high-value patents.
