河南县域人口分布特征及其迁移影响因素OA

As a major county-level and populous province,Henan's high-quality development of its county-level population is both necessary and urgent.The population of counties in Henan Province shows the characteristics of"basically synchronous contraction of permanent residents and registered residents"and"overall contraction with local growth","growth in the central region and contraction in the surrounding areas"and"large gap between east and west and small gap between north and south".The economic development level,expected income level,consumption potential level and urban construction level of counties are the main factors influencing population migration in counties of Henan Province.In practice,efforts should be made to base ourselves on the actual conditions of counties in Henan Province,adapt measures to the times and local conditions,and focus on promoting the high-quality development of county economies.We should raise the wage levels of employed people in counties,broaden the income channels for urban and rural residents in counties,and enhance the carrying and service capabilities of county cities.We should support the continuous and substantive development of modernization with the high-quality development of county populations.
