新乡贤:脱贫乡村内生发展的重要力量OA

New local elites are an important force driving the endogenous development of rural areas in the new era.The villages that have been lifted out of poverty are currently in a critical period for the formation of their internal driving force.Logically,their actual demands are highly consistent with the functional supply of new local elites.The development practice of poverty-alleviated villages in Yan'an City,Shaanxi Province,shows that in the process of endogenous development of rural areas,new local notables have tension in role adjustment,conflicts in behavioral patterns,and contradictions in development goals.For this reason,new local elites should adapt to multiple roles and transform from a"businessman"to a"leader".adjust their thinking mode and shift from being a"stranger"to a"villager",reshape the development goals and transform from"business maintainers"to"entrepreneurs"in order to better promote the comprehensive revitalization and sustainable development of poverty-alleviated rural areas.
