乡村生态环境数字化治理的现实障碍与对策建议OA

Digital governance of the rural ecological environment is an inherent part of promoting the modernization of the ecological environment governance system and governance capacity.At present,the promotion of digital governance of the rural ecological environment is reflected in policy guidance,technological traction and talent-driven approaches.However,at present,it still faces practical obstacles such as fragmented governance structure,shortage of funds and talents,and low digital literacy of villagers.To this end,efforts should be made to vigorously build a multi-party collaborative governance pattern,accelerate the digital transformation of infrastructure,and stimulate villagers'enthusiasm for learning digital skills,so as to promote the synchronous resonance of advanced digital technologies and rural ecological environment governance,and inject new green and intelligent impetus into achieving comprehensive rural revitalization and harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
