应用四维超声自动定量技术评价房间隔缺损患者右心房容积与功能改变OA

Objective:To investigate the application value of four-dimensional ultrasound automatic quantitative technology in evaluating the changes of right atrial volume and function in patients with atrial septal defect(ASD).Methods:Fifty-six ASD patients who were diagnosed in Fuwai Central China Cardiovascular Hospital from July 2023 to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH)(28 cases in ASD without PAH group,28 cases in ASD with PAH group),and 28 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The right atrial images were analyzed using four-dimensional ultrasound automatic quantitative technology to obtain the right atrial volume and strain parameters.Results:Compared with the control group,the maximum,pre-systolic and minimum right atrial volumes of the two ASD groups were significantly increased,with a more significant increase in the ASD with PAH group(P<0.05).In the ASD without PAH group,the absolute value of strain parameters increased during the reserve period and the booster pump period(P<0.05),and decreased during the pipeline period(P<0.05).The absolute values of all strain parameters were significantly decreased in the ASD with PAH group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Four-dimensional ultrasound automatic quantitative technology can effectively evaluate the changes of right atrial volume and function in patients with ASD.ASD patients without PAH have increased right atrial reserve and pump function,and decreased right atrial pipeline function.The right atrial function of ASD patients with PAH is significantly reduced,and the impairment is more severe.
