高管团队异质性对企业数字化转型的倒U型影响OA
The Inverted U-shaped Impact of Top Management Team Heterogeneity on Enterprise Digital Transformation
随着数字经济的深度发展与快速演进,企业数字化转型成为关乎可持续发展的战略决策.作为企业战略决策的核心主体,高管团队的异质性特征对企业数字化转型存在显著影响.本文以2010~2024 年沪深A股上市公司为样本,将创业导向纳入分析框架,系统剖析高管团队异质性作用于企业数字化转型的内在路径.结果显示:高管团队的教育、职能及海外背景异质性与企业数字化转型之间呈倒U型关系,创业导向在高管团队教育和海外背景异质性与企业数字化转型之间发挥中介作用.研究成果不仅为高管团队异质性影响数字化转型的内在机制提供新视角,也为企业优化团队结构、推动数字化转型实践提供管理启示.
With the deepening development and rapid evolution of the digital economy,corporate digital transformation has become a strategic decision crucial for sustainable growth.As the core decision-making body in corporate strategy,the heterogenei-ty characteristics of top management team significantly influence corporate digital transformation.This study uses 2010~2024 listed companies on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets as samples,incorporating entrepreneurial orientation as a mediating varia-ble to systematically analyze the internal pathways through which top management team heterogeneity affects corporate digital trans-formation.The findings reveal an inverted U-shaped correlation between TMT heterogeneity in educational background,functional expertise,and overseas experience and corporate digital transformation.Entrepreneurial orientation mediates the relationship be-tween TMT heterogeneity in education and overseas experience and corporate digital transformation.The findings not only provide new theoretical explanations for how top management team heterogeneity influences digital transformation mechanisms,but also offer managerial insights for enterprises to optimize team structures and advance digital transformation practices.
