18F-FDG PET/CT BPL重建技术与肺癌自身抗体联合检测鉴别肺结节良恶性效能研究OA
Efficacy of 18F-FDG PET/CT BPL Reconstruction Technique Combined with Lung Cancer Autoantibody Detection in the Differential Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Pulmonary Nodules
目的:探讨 18F-FDG PET/CT贝叶斯正则化似然(BPL)重建技术联合肺癌自身抗体检测在孤立性肺结节(SPN)良恶性中鉴别诊断效能.方法:选取2021年2月至2024年5月在我院进行治疗的129例SPN患者为研究对象,均行 18F-FDG PET/CT BPL重建技术及自身抗体检测,以术后病理结果为诊断金标准,探究二者联合在肺结节良恶性鉴别诊断中的应用价值.结果:恶性组SUVmax、SUVmean、SBR、SUVSD、SNR值均显著高于良性组(P<0.05);恶性组血清p53、PGP9.5、SOX2、GAGE7、GBU4-5、MAGEA1、CAGE值均显著高于良性组(P<0.05);以病理结果为诊断金标准,发现联合 18F-FDG PET/CT BPL重建与自身抗体在SPN中诊断效能显著高于单项检测,其敏感度为89.02%,特异度为82.98%,准确率为86.82%.结论:联合应用 18F-FDG PET/CT BPL重建技术与肺癌自身抗体检测相较于单项检测,能够显著提高诊断的敏感度、特异度和准确率,提示两者联合应用在临床实践中的可行性和优越性,能够为SPN的良恶性鉴别诊断提供更加全面、准确的信息,从而有助于制定更加合理、有效的治疗策略,值得在临床推广.
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of 18F-(deoxyglucose)FDG PET/CT Bayesian regularization likelihood(BPL)reconstruction technique combined with autoantibody detection of lung cancer in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant isolated pulmonary nodules(SPN).Methods:A total of 129 patients with SPN treated in our hospital from February 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects,all of whom underwent 18F-FDG PET/CT BPL reconstruction technology and autoantibody detection.The postoperative pathological results were used as the gold standard for diagnosis.To analyze the application value of 18F-FDG PET/CT BPL reconstruction technique combined with lung cancer autoantibody detection in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules.Results:The values of SUVmax,SUVmean,SBR,SUVSD and SNR in malignant group were significantly higher than those in benign group(P<0.05).The values of p53,PGP9.5,SOX2,GAGE7,GBU4-5,MAGEA1 and CAGE in malignant group were significantly higher than those in benign group(P<0.05).Using pathological results as the diagnostic gold standard,it was found that the diagnostic efficacy of combined 18F-FDG PET/CT BPL reconstruction and autoantibody in SPN was significantly higher than that of single detection,with a sensitivity of 89.02%,a specificity of 82.98%,and an accuracy of 86.82%.Conclusion:The combined application of 18F-FDG PET/CT BPL reconstruction technique;and autoantibody detection of lung cancer can significantly improve the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of diagnosis compared with single detection,suggesting the feasibility and superiority of the combined application of the two in clinical practice,and can provide more comprehensive and accurate information for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant SPN.It is helpful to develop a more reasonable and effective treatment strategy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
