适老化目标下的生活型街道无障碍环境评价OA

Evaluation of the barrier-free environment of age-friendly streets:A case study of Linhai City,Zhejiang Province

生活型街道作为老年人日常参与公共生活的重要空间,其无障碍环境的适老化水平对于老年人街道生活具有重要意义,营建可靠的生活型街道无障碍环境是未来公共空间适老化研究的重点.本文以浙江省台州市临海市协成路等 5 条老年人广泛参与使用的生活型街道作为研究对象,结合适老化理论,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法相结合的方法,建立生活型街道无障碍环境的评价体系.评价体系从步行系统、休闲空间、功能支持3 个维度,筛选出了对老年人街道生活产生影响的11 个无障碍因子,对生活型街道无障碍环境的适老性进行了全面评价.方案层评价结果为2 个一般、3 个较差,台州市临海市生活型街道无障碍环境的适老化情况不容乐观,有较大的提升空间.

As an important space for the elderly to participate in daily public life,the age-appropriate design of barrier-free environments is of great significance to the street life of the elderly.Therefore,crea-ting reliable barrier-free environment in life-type streets is the focus of future research on the adaptation of public spaces for the elderly.This study takes five life-type streets,including Xiecheng Road in Linhai City,Taizhou,which are frequently used by elderly people,as research subjects.Based on the theory of age-appropriate design,this study uses a combination of the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy compre-hensive evaluation method to establish an evaluation system for the barrier-free environment of life-type streets.The evaluation system covers three dimensions:pedestrian system,leisure space and functional services.It screens out 11 accessibility factors that may have an impact on the street life of the elderly,and comprehensively evaluated the suitability of the barrier-free environment of the living street.The final post-use evaluation results indicate that 2 of the streets were rated as average,3 as poor,suggesting the barrier-free environment of the living streets in Linhai City,Taizhou City was not optimistic,and there was significant room for improvement.
