为大规模区域电网的风光储容量规划提供可行的实践思路,探索源-网-荷-储协调互动的运行方法及风光储协同控制逻辑.通过深入分析甘肃地区风电、光伏等可再生能源的间歇性和波动性对电力系统实时平衡的影响,提出优化策略,以有效缓解新能源消纳难题,为保障新能源的稳定供应提供实证依据.

This paper aims to provide feasible practical ideas for the wind-solar-storage capacity planning of large-scale regional power grids,and to explore the operation method of coordinated interaction among source,grid,load and storage,as well as the collaborative control logic of wind,solar and storage.Through an in-depth analysis of the intermittency and volatility of renewable energy sources(RES)such as wind and photovoltaic power in the Gansu region and their impacts on real-time power system balance,the paper proposes optimization strategies to effectively alleviate the problem of new energy consumption and also provides empirical evidence for ensuring the stable supply of new energy.
