Design and Test of Vegetable Fine Land Preparation Machine
整地是蔬菜种植生产过程中至关重要的一环,整地质量会影响后期栽培、田间管理和蔬菜的收获品质.与粮食作物整地不同,蔬菜苗床整地要做到精细化且具有更高的技术水准.基于此,设计了一款蔬菜苗床精细整地机,解决整地机在作业后出现的土壤细碎度低、平整度差等问题.首先,介绍了机器的整体结构设计方案和关键装置结构,并对碎土辊进行结构优化,使其适应用户对精细整地的需求;其次,在实际整地过程中作业环境与工况比较复杂,基于ANSYS Work-bench对设计的旋耕弯刀进行静力学分析,分析旋耕弯刀的应力、应变随载荷的变化,确定旋耕弯刀应力集中区域在安装孔附近,可能会对旋耕弯刀产生不利影响,对此加以优化改进;最后,以碎土率与垄面平整度为试验指标,以碎土辊转速、机器运行速度和土壤含水率等为试验因素,进行田间试验.结果表明:蔬菜精细整地机能够满足精细碎土的要求,碎土辊转速对碎土率、垄面平整度影响最大,土壤含水率次之,作业速度影响最小.综上所述,所设计的精细整地机能够减轻劳动强度,提升整地效率,降低生产成本,大幅提高蔬菜产量.
Soil preparation was a crucial part of vegetable planting and production.The quality of soil preparation would affect the later cultivation,field management and vegetable harvest quality.Different from grain crop land preparation,vegetable seedbed land preparation should be refined and have a higher technical level.Based on this,a fine soil prepara-tion machine for vegetable seedbed was designed to solve the problems of low soil fineness and poor flatness after the work of the soil preparation machine.Firstly,the overall structure design scheme and key device structure of the machine were introduced,and the structure of the soil crushing roller was optimized to adapt to the needs of users for fine soil prepara-tion.Secondly,in the actual soil preparation process,the working environment and working conditions were more com-plex.Based on ANSYS Workbench,the static analysis of the designed rotary tiller bender was carried out,and the stress and strain of the rotary tiller bender were analyzed with the change of the load.It was determined that the stress concentra-tion area of the rotary tiller bender was near the installation hole,which might adversely affect the rotary tiller bender,which was optimized and improved.Finally,the field experiment was carried out with the soil crushing rate and the flat-ness of the ridge surface as the test indexes,and the rotation speed of the soil crushing roller,the working speed of the machine and the soil moisture content as the test factors.The results showed that the requirements for fine soil crushing could be met during the test.The rotation speed of soil crushing roller had the greatest influence on soil crushing rate and ridge flatness,followed by soil moisture content,and the operation speed had the least influence.In summary,the de-signed precision soil preparation machine met the requirements of vegetable soil preparation,could reduce labor intensity,improve soil preparation efficiency,reduce production costs,and greatly increase vegetable production.
