悬挂式全自动高速精密小区播种机的设计与试验OA
Design and Test of Suspended Automatic High-speed Precision Cell Seeder
针对目前悬挂式小区播种机普遍存在的自动化程度不高、机具载人作业容易引发安全事故、作业速度较低、作业质量不佳等问题,创新设计了一种全新架构的 2BXG-4A型悬挂式全自动高速精密小区播种机.通过对单排种组件工作流程的分析,确定影响机具作业速度提升的关键因素;借助单/双排种组件工作时序图,对电驱双联排种器的结构优势进行了对比分析;采用底板可电动翻转式独立充种室的结构形式,通过物理隔绝的手段,解决快速清种和混种的问题;分析了机具最高作业速度、最小株距和步进电机最高转速之间的关系,确定了排种器锥齿轮副的传动比;通过将 5 层推送单元层叠配置,借助控制器结合多源传感器实现连续自动供种,提高了整机的自动化程度.田间试验结果表明:机具最高作业速度可达 3.0 km/h,能够实现不停机换种,粒距合格指数为 96.9%,播深一致性为 95.3%,混种率为 0%,无需随机辅助供种作业人员,满足设计要求.
Aiming at the problems of low degree of automation,safety accidents caused by manned operation,low opera-tion speed and poor operation quality,a new architecture of 2BXG-4A suspended automatic high-speed precision plot seeder was innovatively designed.By analyzingthe working process of the single-row seeders component,the key factors affecting the improvement of machine operation speed were determined.With the help of the working sequence diagram of single/double-row seeders components,the structural advantages of the electric drive dual-row metering device were com-pared and analyzed.The structure of the electric flip-type independent seed charging chamber with the bottom plate was adopted to solve the problem of rapid seed cleaning and mixing by means of physical isolation.The relationship between the maximum operating speed of the machine,the minimum plant spacing and the maximum speed of the stepper motor was analyzed,and the transmission ratio of the bevel gear pair of the seed metering device was determined.By stacking the five-layer push units and controller combined with multi-source sensors to achieve continuous automatic seed supply,the automation of the whole machine was improved.The field test results showed that the maximum operating speed of the machine could reach 3.0 km/h,and the machine could realizethe change of seeds without stopping the machine.The qualified index of seed spacing was 96.9%,the consistency of sowing depth was 95.3%,and the mixing rate was 0%.There was no need for random auxiliary seed supply personnel,which met the design requirements.
