正负压式藜麦精量排种器设计与试验OA
Design and Experiment of a Positive-negative Pressure Quinoa Precision Seed-metering Device
针对藜麦种子比重小、尺寸小、不规则等问题导致充种和清种困难,设计了一种带扰动充种结构的正负压式藜麦精量排种器.此结构优化了排种器的充种性能,并减小了风机功耗.正压清种解决了由于藜麦种子小而轻导致的型孔堵塞问题,提高了工作稳定性.利用Fluent软件对排种器气室流场进行了仿真分析,通过压力云图和流速矢量图分析型孔结构参数(型孔形状及数目、型孔倾角、型孔直径)对气室流场的影响,得到较优参数组合:型孔形状为圆台,型孔数目20 个,型孔倾角 70°,型孔直径 1 mm.通过JPS-12 排种器试验台,以粒距合格指数、漏播指数和重播指数为试验指标,以吸种负压、排种器转速和投种高度为试验因素进行了响应面试验,得到了较优的工作参数组合:吸种负压-3.0 kPa,排种器转速 15 r/min,投种高度 100 mm.对优化后的排种器进行验证试验,结果为合格指数 82.5%、漏播指数 6.5%、重播指数11%,满足JB/T 10293-2013《单粒(精密)播种机技术条件》中的指标要求.研究结果能够为藜麦等小籽粒种子精量播种机械设计提供参考.
A positive-negative pressure precision seed-metering device with disturbed seed-filling mechanism structure for quinoa seeds was designed to address the difficulties of seed filling and cleaning caused by small specific gravity,small size,and irregularity of quinoa seeds.This structure optimized the filling performance of the seed-metering device and re-duced the power consumption of the fan.Positive pressure seed cleaning solved the problem of pore blockage caused by small and light quinoa seeds,and improved the working stability.Simulation analysis of the flow field in the air chamber of the seed-metering device was carried out by Fluent software,the influence of pore structure parameters(pore shape and number,pore inclination angle,and pore diameter)on the flow field of the air chamberwas analyzed by pressure cloud maps and flow velocity vector maps.The optimal parameter combinations were obtained as follows:pore shape was a cir-cular cone,the number of porewas 20,pore inclination angle was 70°,and pore diameter was 1 mm.Through the JPS-12 seed-metering devicetest bench,the response surface tests were carried out with the seed spacing qualified index,missing seeding index and reseeding index as the test indexes,the negative pressure of seed suction,speed of seed-metering de-vice and the seed throwing height as test factors.The optimal working parameters combination wasas follows:the seed suc-tion negative pressure was-3.0 kPa,the speed of seed-metering device was 15 r/min,the seed throwing height was 100 mm.The verification test of the optimized seed-metering device was carried out,and the results showed that the qualified index was 82.5%,the missing seeding index was 6.5%,and the reseeding index was 11%,which met the index require-ments in JB/T 10293-2013"Technical Conditions of Single(Precision)Seeder".The research results could provide ref-erence for the design of precision seeding machinery for small grain seeds such as quinoa.
