基于地轮测速的玉米精量播种机粒距均匀性控制OA
Grain Spacing Uniformity Control of Corn Precision Seeder Based on Ground Wheel Velocity Measurement
针对玉米精量播种机播种时存在粒距不均匀的问题,从播种原理角度进行分析,得出此问题与排种器清种间隙、导种管运种、种子落地精确定位、排种器转速控制和行驶速度检测不准确等因素有关.为此,主要对其中的排种器清种间隙和排种器转速控制进行优化改进.设计了一种清种间隙自动调节装置,使不同粒径的种子实现单粒排种;通过计算地轮滑移距离,修正其打滑时检测的行驶速度;设计了清土装置,维持地轮直径稳定,使行驶速度检测误差小、排种均匀性提高.将改进前后清种装置分别对 3 种种子进行排种试验,改进后在降低漏播指数的同时重播指数也分别降低 0.3、0.5 和0.8 个百分点;改进后装置对不同种子适应性良好,有较好的作业效果.在干土地、湿土地和沙土地上分别进行田间试验,结果表明:改进后播种机的株距变异系数分别为 15.9%、16.8%、17.3%,比改进前分别降低了 1.5、2.5、2.6 个百分点,播种均匀性有所提高.
Aiming at the problem of uneven grain spacing in the sowing of corn precision seeder,this paper analyzes the problem from the perspective of sowing principle,it was concluded from the analysis of sowing principle that the uniformity of seed spacing was related to the factors such as the clearance of the seed metering device,the seed transportation in seed guide tube,the precise positioning of the seed landing,the speed control of the seed metering device and the inaccurate detection of the driving speed.Therefore,the clearance of the seed metering device and the speed control of the seed me-tering device were optimized and improved.An automatic adjustment device for seed clearance was designed,so that seeds of different particle sizes could achieve single seeding seed metering.By calculating the sliding distance of the ground wheel,the driving speed detected was corrected when the ground wheel slipped.The soil cleaning device was de-signed to keep the diameter of the ground wheel stable,so that the driving speed detection error was small and the seed uniformity was improved.Seed metering tests were conducted on three seed varieties using the seed-cleaning device both before and after improvements.After the improvement,the missing sowing index was reduced by 0.3,0.5 and 0.8 per-centage points,respectively.The improved device has good adaptability to different seeds and good operation effect.Field experiments were carried out on dry land,wet land and sandy land,respectively.The results showed that the variation co-efficients of plant spacing of the improved seeder were 15.9%,16.8%and 17.3%,which were 1.5,2.5 and 2.6 per-centage points lower than those before improvement,indicating that the sowing uniformity of the improved seeder was im-proved.
