水氮耦合对甘草生理特性、根系生长及有效成分积累的影响OA北大核心
Effects of Water-Nitrogen Coupling on the Physiological Characteristics,Root Growth and Effective Components Accumulation of Glycyrrhiza uralensis
目的:探究水氮耦合对甘草光合作用、抗逆能力、根系生长以及药材产量和有效成分含量的影响.方法:以甘草种苗为材料,采用两因素裂区的盆栽试验,主区为不同水分施用量(正常浇水W0、轻度浇水W1 和重度浇水W2,田间持水量分别为 70%、75%、80%);副区为不同氮肥施用量(不施氮肥N0、中等氮肥施用量N1:50 g/m2和高等氮肥施用量N2:100 g/m2).结果:适宜的水分和氮肥施用量可以显著提高甘草叶片的光合气体交换参数、抗氧化酶活性、渗透调节物质含量、根系的生长以及药材的产量和质量.结论:W1N2 处理为促进甘草生长及提高药材产量与质量的最佳处理,且当田间持水量为 73%,氮肥使用量为 48~53 g/m2 时,可在节约肥料成本的基础上有效提高甘草药材的产量与质量,为甘草的高效栽培提供一定的理论依据.
Objective:To explore the effects of water-nitrogen coupling on photosynthesis,stress resistance,root growth,yield and effective components contents of Glycyrrhiza uralensis.Methods:A two-factor split zone pot experiment was conducted with Glycyrrhiza uralensis seedlings.The main zones were treated with different amounts of water(normal water W0,mild water W1,heavy water W2,the field water capacity was 70%,75%,80%,respectively);The secondary zones were different nitrogen application rates(no nitrogen fertil-izer N0,moderate nitrogen fertilizer application rate N1:50 g/m2,and high nitrogen fertilizer application rate N2:100 g/m2).Results:Appropriate water and nitrogen fertilizer application rates could significantly improve the photosynthetic gas exchange parameters,antiox-idant enzyme activity,osmoregulatory substance content,root growth and development,and yield and quality of Glycyrrhiza uralensis.Conclusion:W1N2 treatment can be the best treatment for improving the growth,development,yield and quality of Glycyrrhiza uralensis.When the field water capacity is 73%and the nitrogen fertilizer usage is 48~53 g/m2,it can effectively improve the yield and quality of Glycyrrhiza uralensis while saving fertilizer costs,providing a certain theoretical basis for the high-yield and efficient cultivation of Gly-cyrrhiza uralensis.
