外出务工经历对返乡农民工政治参与意愿的影响研究OA

The research topics on the political participation of returning migrant workers in rural governance has increasingly attracted scholars'attention.In this study,based on the survey data from Anhui,Guizhou,Zhejiang,and Jiangxi Provinces,the logit models was employed to examine the relationship between the experience of migrant work and the political participation willingness of returning migrant workers.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between whether to sign a labor contract,whether to participate in skills training,and the political participation willingness of returning migrant workers,while the cumulative time spent working outside was significantly negatively correlated with their political participation willingness.Through regional comparison,it was found that there are significant regional differences in the impact of migrant work experience on the political participation willingness of returning migrant workers.Further exploration of the mechanism found that signing labor contracts and participating in skills training can promote the political participation willingness of returning migrant workers through the transformation of their concepts and the improvement of their skills.This paper also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as encouraging returning migrant workers to participate in rural affairs management,improving the level of migrant workers'human capital and strengthening social support for returning migrant workers'political participation.
