数字农业融入农民专业合作社的理论与实践探索OA

As a new type of agricultural business entity,farmer cooperatives have solved the connection problem between small-scale farmers and the large market through mutual assistance and cooperation.However,they also face problems such as the lack of new profit growth points,high cooperation costs,idle capital and diminishing returns.Digital agriculture can break through the predicament of cooperative development and achieve a transformation from mutual assistance and cooperation to socialized services.The investigation reveals that the resource aggregation mechanism of economies of scale,the decision-making mechanism of elite governance,the benefit distribution mechanism of incentive compatibility,and the strict incentive and restraint mechanism are the internal mechanisms that enable digital agriculture to be deeply integrated into farmer cooperatives.In the process of integrating digital agriculture into farmer cooperatives,agricultural-related projects should be inclined towards qualified farmer cooperatives,continuously promoting the local transformation of digital agriculture,increasing support for the elites of farmer cooperatives,and guiding farmer cooperatives to develop into comprehensive cooperatives integrating"production,supply and marketing,and credit".
