作物"源流库"理论赋能农业人才培养的实施路径OA
Implementation Path for Empowering Agricultural Talent Cultivation with the Crop"Source-Flow-Sink"Theory
文章基于作物"源流库"理论,从农业人才培养的视角出发,探讨了作物高产"源流库"理论与农业人才创新能力培养的关系及其内涵,并与时俱进地赋予作物"源流库"理论在农业人才培养中的价值功能.传统农业人才培养模式虽为国家培养了大量农业人才,但仍面临情怀缺失、前沿科技渗入不够、创新能力跨界不足等现实瓶颈.基于此,提出以"源"为起点强化学生的农业情感与使命担当,"流"畅通知识传授和实践应用之间的桥梁,"库"聚焦培养学生创新能力,因地制宜地形成了具有西南特色的农业人才"源流库"培养新模式,为新时代农业创新性人才培养提供了重要参考.
Grounded in the Crop"Source-Flow-Sink"Theory,this study examines the relationship and underlying connotations between the theory and the cultivation of innovative capacity in agricultural tal-ents from the perspective of talent cultivation.It further articulates the contemporary value and function-al roles of the theory in agricultural talent cultivation.Although the traditional agricultural talent cultiva-tion model has produced a large pool of professionals for the nation,it still faces bottlenecks such as in-sufficient agricultural commitment and sense of mission,limited integration of cutting-edge technolo-gies,and inadequate cross-disciplinary innovation capacity.Accordingly,this study proposes strengthe-ning students'agricultural commitment and sense of mission from the"source,"bridging knowledge transmission and practical application through the"flow,"and focusing on developing students'inno-vative capacity with the"sink."This approach has led to the formation of a Southwest-characteristic agricultural talent cultivation model,providing an important reference for cultivating innovative agricul-tural talents in the new era.
