农林类高校学生社会主体意识培养路径与现实举措OA
Paths and Practical Measures for Cultivating the Social Subject Consciousness of Students in Agricultural and Forestry Universities
大学生社会主体意识的培养是新时代思想政治教育的重要议题,对于乡村振兴背景下农林类高校人才培养具有重要现实意义.文章以马克思主义社会主体理论为指导,探讨了农林类高校学生社会主体意识的内涵、现状与困境,分析当前发展中存在的不足与挑战,包括乡村认同感不足、实践深度有限、激励机制滞后等.在此基础上,提出通过政策支持优化乡村人才发展环境、深化"三农"导向的思政课程教学改革、构建长期的乡村振兴实践体系等举措,全面促进大学生社会主体意识的觉醒与成长.只有通过政策引导、课程优化、实践深化、校地合作,才能有效增强农林类高校学生的社会主体意识,为乡村振兴和农业农村现代化提供高质量人才支撑.
Cultivating university students'social subject consciousness is a key issue in ideological and political education in the new era and holds significant practical value for talent development in agricul-tural and forestry universities under the rural revitalization strategy.Guided by the Marxist theory of so-cial subjectivity,this study examines the connotation,current status,and challenges of such conscious-ness among students in agricultural and forestry universities.It identifies key problems in current devel-opment,including weak rural identity,limited practical engagement,and lagging incentive mechanisms.On this basis,it proposes measures such as enhancing policy support to optimize the rural talent devel-opment environment,deepening ideological and political curriculum reform with an orientation toward agriculture,rural areas,and farmers(the"Three Rural"issues),and establishing a long-term rural revi-talization practice system.Only through policy guidance,curriculum optimization,practice intensifica-tion,and university-locality cooperation can the social subject consciousness of agricultural and forestry university students be effectively strengthened,thereby providing high-quality talent support for rural re-vitalization and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
