山蜡梅叶中山蜡梅碱和蜡梅碱对小鼠的急性毒性研究OA
Study on acute toxicity of chimonanthamine and calycanthine from the leaves of Chimonanthus nitens to mice
目的 研究山蜡梅叶中山蜡梅碱和蜡梅碱对小鼠急性毒性试验.方法 通过对山蜡梅叶中生物碱成分提取分离,分离得到山蜡梅碱和蜡梅碱单体成分,并向小鼠单日灌胃不同剂量的山蜡梅碱和蜡梅碱,记录给药后小鼠的毒副反应和 14 d的生存状况.结果 山蜡梅碱在浓度 138.60~69.30 mg/kg区间无小鼠死亡.蜡梅碱在浓度 88.25~45.18 mg/kg区间出现小鼠死亡,死亡率随浓度降低而减小,当浓度降低至 36.15 mg/kg则无小鼠死亡,采用DAS 30 软件测算出蜡梅碱对小鼠的半数致死量(LD50)为 50.8 mg/kg,95%可信区间为45.94~56.14 mg/kg.结论 蜡梅碱对小鼠具有一定的毒性,山蜡梅碱在试验剂量范围内未表现出明显毒性.
Objective To study the acute toxicity of chimonanthamine and calycanthine from the leaves of Chimonanthus nitens to mice.Methods The alkaloids in the leaves of Chimonanthus nitens were extracted and separated,and the chimonanthamine and calycanthine were obtained.Mice were given different doses of chimonanthamine and calycanthine once a day,and the toxicity and 14-day survival of the mice were recorded.Results No mice died when the concentration of chimonanthine was 138.60-69.30 mg/kg,but some mices died when the concentration of calycanthine was 88.25-45.18 mg/kg,and the mortality rate decreased with the decrease of calycanthine concentration,and no mice died when the concentration was reduced to 36.15 mg/kg.The LD50 of calycanthine was 50.8 mg/kg by DAS 30 software,and the 95%confidence interval was 45.94-56.14 mg/kg.Conclusion Calycanthine exhibits certain toxicity to mice,while chimonanthine has no obvious toxicity in the experimental dose range.
