河南新型城镇化高质量发展的若干思考OA

Promoting new urbanization is an inevitable choice to adapt to high-quality economic development and a key path to achieving urban-rural integration and common prosperity.In recent years,remarkable progress has been made in the construction of new urbanization in Henan Province,such as the spatial pattern continuously optimized,the level of urban-rural integration constantly enhanced,the level of public services significantly improved,and the sense of happiness of residents continuously strengthened.However,at present,there are still practical challenges such as the poor flow of factors between urban and rural areas,insufficient coordinated development of urban agglomerations,and unbalanced public services.To this end,efforts should be accelerated to build a new pattern of urbanization,promote the integrated development of"industry"and"city",advance the modernization of the urban governance system,strengthen benchmarking guidance and pilot demonstrations,so as to achieve higher-quality new urbanization development.
