壮药衍精汤对少弱精子症(肾精亏损型)的临床疗效观察OA
Observation on the clinical efficacy of Zhuang Yao Diffractive Spermatozoa Decoction on oligozoospermia(kidney essence deficiency type)
目的 观察壮药衍精汤对少弱精子症(肾精亏损型)的临床疗效.方法 选取2022年7月至2024年7月就诊于钦州市中医医院的少弱精子症(肾精亏损型)患者 80 例,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各 40 例.观察组给予壮药衍精汤口服,对照组给予枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊口服,两组均以 30 d为 1 个疗程,3 个疗程后比较两组患者总有效率、显效率、精子总数、精子浓度、前向运动精子比例(PR)、PR+非前向运动精子比例(NR)、中医证候积分以及精液中白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达水平.结果 两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组显效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者精子总数、精子浓度、PR、PR+NR、IL-10 均升高,中医证候积分、IL-2、TNF-α均降低,且观察组精子总数、精子浓度、PR、PR+NR、IL-10 高于对照组,中医证候积分、IL-2、TNF-α低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 壮药衍精汤对少弱精子症(肾精亏损型)有较好的临床疗效,能有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者精子质量,且能调控患者精液中IL-2、IL-10、TNF-α的表达水平,这可能是壮药衍精汤治疗少弱精子症的机制之一.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuang Yao Diffractive Spermatozoa Decoction on oligozoospermia(kidney essence deficiency type).Methods A total of 80 patients with oligozoospermia(kidney essence deficiency type)who visited Qinzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by using randomized numerical table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given oral administration of Zhuang Yao Diffractive Spermatozoa Decoction,and the control group was given oral administration of Clomiphene citrate capsules.Both groups were treated for 30 days,and the total effective rate,apparent rate,total sperm count,sperm concentration,progressive motility sperm percentage(PR),PR+non-progressive motility sperm percentage(NR),TCM symptom score,the expression levels of interleukin(IL)-2,IL-10,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in semen,were compared between the two groups.Results The difference between the total effective rate of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),while the apparent rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total sperm count,sperm concentration,PR,PR+NR,and IL-10 of the patients of the two groups were elevated,and the TCM symptom score,IL-2,and TNF-α were all reduced after treatment,and the total sperm count,sperm concentration,PR,PR+NR,IL-10 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the TCM symptom score,IL-2,and TNF-α were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of oligozoospermia(kidney essence deficiency type)with Zhuang Yao Diffractive Spermatozoa Decoction has good clinical efficacy,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of spermatozoa,and can regulate the expression levels of IL-2,IL-10,and TNF-α in the patient's semen,which may be one of the mechanisms of the treatment of oligozoospermia with Zhuang Yao Diffractive Spermatozoa Decoction.
