D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠模型研究进展OA
Research progress of D-galactose induced aging mouse model
随着人口老龄化加剧,衰老研究成为科学领域的热点.构建衰老动物模型是研究衰老机制的重要工具,但自然衰老模型周期长、成本高,限制了其应用.因此,D-半乳糖(D-gal)诱导的衰老模型因其操作简便、周期短、重复性强而备受青睐.本文系统综述D-gal诱导小鼠衰老模型的构建方法,总结其在大脑、肝脏、肾脏等器官中的衰老表现及分子机制,并探讨相关评价指标.D-gal模型能在短期内模拟衰老现象,为揭示衰老机制和寻找抗衰老靶点提供了重要理论依据.然而,该模型也存在化学损伤、个体差异及无法完全模拟自然衰老的局限性.未来研究应优化模型性能,拓展其在神经退行性疾病、代谢性疾病和肿瘤等领域的应用,为抗衰老药物筛选和评价提供更可靠的理论支持.
As population aging intensifies,aging research has become a hot spot in the scientific field.Constructing senescent animal models is an important tool to study the aging mechanism,but the long cycle and high cost of natural aging models limit their application.Therefore,D-galactose(D-gal)-induced senescence models are favored for their simplicity,short cycle time,and high reproducibility.In this paper,we systematically reviewed the construction method of D-gal-induced mouse aging model,summarized its aging performance and molecular mechanism in brain,liver,kidney and other organs,and explored the related evaluation indexes.D-gal model can simulate the aging phenomenon in a short period of time,which provides an important theoretical basis for revealing the aging mechanism and searching for anti-aging targets.However,the model also has the limitations of chemical damage,individual differences,and the inability to completely simulate natural aging.Future studies should optimize the performance of the model and expand its application in the fields of neurodegenerative diseases,metabolic diseases,and tumors,so as to provide more reliable theoretical support for the screening and evaluation of anti-aging drugs.
