基于"第二病因"之"瘀"辨治燥痹的理论与实践研究OA

Sjögren's syndrome(SS)is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disorder characterized by lymphocytic infiltration of exocrine glands,with core manifestations of xerostomia,xerophthalmia,parotid enlargement,and systemic involvement.Due to complex etiology and pathogenesis,neither Western nor traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has established a fully unified framework.The"Second Etiology"theory provides a novel perspective for SS pathological evolution,positing that"toxicity"(Du)and"stasis"(Yu)are pivotal drivers of progression subsequent to initial mechanisms."Stasis"manifests as hypercoagulability,microcirculatory impairment,and glandular fibrosis,directly impeding body fluid(Jin Ye)distribution and exacerbating sicca symptoms and systemic damage.This article focuses on the central role of"stasis"as a second etiology,systematically reviewing literature to analyze its formation mechanisms,pathological effects,and rationale as a therapeutic target in SS.By examining the evidence supporting the multi-dimensional intervention of"Activating Blood Circulation and Resolving Stasis"(Huo Xue Hua Yu Fa)-aiming to"eliminate stasis to regenerate tissues and unblock collaterals to distribute fluids"(Qu Yu Sheng Xin,Tong Luo Bu Jin)-in SS management,this review substantiates the theoretical validity of"stasis"as a second etiology.It aims to provide integrated theoretical foundation and practical direction for applying this approach within SS treatment,facilitating optimization of integrated Chinese-Western medical therapies.
