相控阵超声成像技术基于超声波传播特性,借由多个发射、接收元件协同,达成对焊接接头的精准检测,优势突出.本研究针对传统管道焊接检测手段存在的盲区及成本等问题,采用相控阵超声成像技术,通过多阵元探头灵活调控声波束实现精准检测.经实验验证,该技术能够显著提升承压管道焊接接头检测效率与准确性,可实时生成缺陷可视化图像并支持复杂结构检测.
Phased-array ultrasonic imaging technology is based on the propagation characteristics of ultrasound waves,and achieves precise detection of welded joints through the collaboration of multiple transmitting and receiving elements,with outstanding advantages.This study aims to address the blind spots and cost issues of traditional pipeline welding detection methods.Phased-array ultrasonic imaging technology is used to achieve accurate detection by flexibly adjusting the sound beam through multi element probes.Through experimental verification,this technology can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of pressure pipeline welding joint detection,generate real-time defect visualization images,and support complex structure detection.
