设备法兰在连接过程中如果出现了螺栓疲劳问题,就有可能导致其功能失效.为了更好地对设备法兰螺栓疲劳影响因素进行分析,本文以螺栓受载理论为基础,结合Workbench仿真分析功能,对设备法兰螺栓疲劳的影响因素展开多方面的分析.本文提出了有效控制设备法兰螺栓疲劳的策略,从而为压力容器设备法兰螺栓的选择和使用提供更多依据.

If bolt fatigue occurs during the connection process of equipment flanges,it may lead to their functional failure.In order to better analyze the factors affecting the fatigue of equipment flange bolts,based on the theory of bolt loading and combined with the simulation analysis function of Workbench,a comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the fatigue of equipment flange bolts is carried out.This article proposes effective strategies for controlling the fatigue of flange bolts in pressure vessel equipment,providing more basis for the selection and use of flange bolts in pressure vessel equipment.
