某新建锅炉投入运行2个月后,连续发生12Cr1MoVG 一级过热器爆管泄漏事故.本文采用外观检验、尺寸测量、化学成分分析、拉伸试验、硬度试验、金相组织及氧化皮厚度检验等方法对相关管样进行分析.结果表明爆口管段内氧化皮厚度、抗拉强度、硬度等均低于标准要求,金相组织严重球化.综上,一级过热器爆管泄漏的原因为长期过热,管材在过热情况下,金相组织非正常老化,机械性能下降,内壁氧化皮厚度增加导致传热进一步恶化,当达到一定程度,在应力作用下发生爆管.长期过热的原因为管内介质循环不畅.

Two months after a newly-built boiler was put into operation,a 12Cr1MoVG first-stage superheater tube burst accident occurred continuously.This paper uses the methods of appearance inspection,dimensional measurement,chemical composition analysis,tensile test,hardness test,metallographic examination and oxide scale thickness measurement to analyze the relevant tube.The results show that the oxide scale thickness,tensile strength and hardness in the blast tube section are all lower than the standard requirements,and the metallographic structure is severely spheroidized.In summary,the cause of the tube leakage of the first-stage superheater is long-term overheating.In the case of overheating,the metallographic structure is abnormally aging,the mechanical properties are reduced,and the thickness of the inner wall oxide scale causes the heat transfer to deteriorate further.When it reaches a certain level,the tube bursts under stress.The cause of long-term overheating is the poor circulation of the medium in the tube.
