本研究针对矿井井下环境复杂、传统监控方式效率低下等问题,设计了基于CAN总线的矿用双局扇监控系统.系统采用分层分布式架构,通过现场监测单元实时采集风机运行参数,利用CAN总线实现数据高可靠传输,监控管理中心完成数据处理与故障预警.实验研究表明,500 kbps通信速率下系统响应时间为65.2~96.7ms,数据传输成功率达99.12%以上,故障检测准确率超过96.8%,电池续航时间为9.8 h以上,满足井下设备监控需求,为矿井安全生产提供可靠技术支撑.

To address the complex underground mine environment and inefficiency of traditional monitoring methods,this study designs a mine-used dual local fan monitoring system based on the CAN bus.The system adopts a hierarchical distributed architecture,where the on-site monitoring unit collects real-time operating parameters of the fans.The CAN bus is utilized to achieve highly reliable data transmission,and the monitoring and management center handles data processing and fault early warning.Experimental results show that at a communication rate of 500 kbps,the system's response time ranges from 65.2 ms to 96.7 ms,the data transmission success rate exceeds 99.12%,the fault detection accuracy rate is over 96.8%,and the battery life lasts more than 9.8 h.These performance indicators meet the monitoring requirements of underground equipment and provide a reliable technical support for safe production in mines.
