煤矿采掘设备电控系统优化设计研究OA
Research on the Optimization Design of Electrical Control System for Coal Mining Equipment
针对煤矿采掘设备电控系统响应时间长、控制精度低、稳定性差等问题,提出一套涵盖硬件组件、系统架构与控制算法的优化设计方案.实测结果显示,系统响应时间由250 ms降至120 ms,控制精度由85%提升至98%,故障率由15次/a降至5次/a.监理评估表明,系统运行稳定,技术指标全面达标,具备良好的工程适应性与推广价值.研究成果为电控系统的智能化升级提供了可行路径.
To address issues such as long response time,low control accuracy,and poor stability in the electrical control system of coal mining equipment,an optimized design scheme is proposed,covering hardware components,system architecture,and control algorithms.Practical test results showed that the system response time was reduced from 250 ms to 120 ms,control accuracy improved from 85%to 98%,and the annual failure rate decreased from 15 to 5 occurrences.Supervision evaluation confirms that the system operates stably,meets all technical requirements,and demonstrates strong engineering applicability and promotion value.The research provides a feasible path for the intelligent upgrade of electrical control system.
