本文设计出一种城轨列车平稳性实时在线监测系统,该监测系统根据GB/T 5599-2019的计算方法,利用三向加速度传感器采集列车车体振动加速度信号,以STM32为核心处理器,完成平稳性相关计算和分析,得出平稳性值及报警信息,将报警信息上传AI分析模块,并通过多功能车辆总线与列车控制监控系统进行实时通信.此外,AI分析模块对监测过程中原始数据和报警数据进行存储,方便后期维护.

This paper designs a real-time online monitoring system for sperling of urban rail vehicles.The monitoring system,based on the calculation method of GB/T 5599-2019,uses a three-axis acceleration sensor to collect the vibration acceleration signals of the vehicle body.With STM32 as the core processor,it completes the relevant calculations and analysis of sperling,and obtains the sperling value and alarm information.The alarm information is uploaded to the AI analysis module and communicated in real time with the train control and monitoring system through the multifunction vehicle bus.In addition,the AI analysis module stores the original data and alarm data during the monitoring process,facilitating later maintenance.
