本文聚焦于核电站安全壳预应力监测系统的关键性难题与改进策略,研制了安全壳预应力监测系统读数仪,包括高精度传感器研制、数据采集与处理设备升级、算法优化及系统集成验证,切实有效解决安全壳预应力监测系统存在的设备老化、性能下降以及依赖进口设备等难题.本文还提出了运维管理体系构建、故障诊断与应急响应、改造提升与效果评估等运维提升策略,并辅以实际工程验证,旨在确保安全壳预应力监测系统的稳定运行,为核电站安全保驾护航.

This paper focuses on critical challenges and improvement strategies for the containment prestress monitoring system in nuclear power plants.We have developed a containment prestress monitoring system reader unit,encompassing the development of high-precision sensors,upgrading of data acquisition and processing equipment,algorithm optimization,as well as system integration and verification.This comprehensively addresses persistent issues such as equipment aging,performance degradation,and reliance on imported devices.Furthermore,we propose O &M enhancement strategies,including the establishment of an operation-maintenance management framework,fault diagnosis and emergency response protocols,retrofit implementation and efficacy evaluation.These strategies are validated through field implementation,ensuring stable operation of the containment prestress monitoring system and safeguarding the safety of nuclear power plants.
