Progress in the role and treatment of NLRP 3 inflammasome in digestive diseases
NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白 3(NLRP3)炎症小体通常是由NLRP3 蛋白、凋亡相关斑点样蛋白(ASC)适配蛋白和半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶-1(Caspase-1)蛋白组成.这一复合物的激活与消化系统的炎症过程密切相关.在消化系统疾病中,NLRP3 炎症小体的异常激活可能引起一系列危害.本文回顾了NLRP3 炎症小体在消化系统疾病发病机制中的激活过程,包括临床和临床前研究.本文对NLRP3 炎症小体的激活调控机制及近年来在消化系统疾病中的运用以及关系做一综述,旨在为临床消化系统疾病的治疗提供新的治疗思路及靶点方向.
The NOD-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome is typically composed of the NLRP3 protein,the apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD(ASC),and caspase-1.The activation of this complex is closely related to the inflammatory processes in the digestive system.In digestive system diseases,abnormal activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome can lead to a range of detrimental effects.The author provides a comprehensive review of the activation process of the NLRP3 inflammasome in the pathogenesis of digestive system diseases,including both clinical and preclinical studies.This article discusses the regulatory mechanisms of NLRP3 inflammasome activation and its applications and relationships in digestive system diseases in recent years,aiming to offer new therapeutic insights and target directions for the treatment of clinical digestive system diseases.
