针刺干预慢性疲劳综合征机制的研究进展OA
Research progress on the mechanism of acupuncture intervention in chronic fatigue syndrome
针刺治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效斐然,具有多靶点、疗效显著、不良反应少等优势.本文对近 10 年针刺抗疲劳机制的基础研究进行梳理,发现针刺可通过调控免疫系统、调节下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA)、减轻海马损伤、抑制氧化应激等多系统、多层次发挥治疗作用.未来研究可探讨不同针刺效应影响因素及机制差异,增加不同因素介入的综合研究;注重研究层次,建立标准化辨证动物模型;探索不同作用机制间的网络关系;并对肠道菌群的方向加以深入研究,为其临床应用提供实验依据.
Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.It has the advantages of multi-target,significant curative effect and few adverse effects.In this paper,the basic research on the anti-fatigue mechanism of acupuncture in the past 10 years was reviewed.It was found that acupuncture can play a therapeutic role from multiple systems and levels by regulating the immune system,regulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis,reducing hippocampal damage,and inhibiting oxidative stress.Future research can explore the differences in the influencing factors and mechanisms of different acupuncture effects,and increase the comprehensive research on the intervention of different factors;focus on the level of research,establish a standardized animal model of syndrome differentiation;to explore the network relationship between different mechanisms;the direction of intestinal flora was studied in depth to provide experimental basis for its clinical application.
