巴西拟对进口罗非鱼整鱼采取风险管理措施的通报评议和预警建议OA
Comments and Advisory Recommendations on the Notification of Proposed Risk Management Measures for Imported Whole Tilapia by Brazil
巴西向WTO秘书处发送了有关供人消费用罗非鱼制品的进口风险分析草案的通报(G/SPS/N/BRA/2368),拟对进口罗非鱼整鱼采取风险管理措施.对外评议观点是认为巴西风险评估中存在逻辑矛盾,建议巴西提供充分科学依据.对内预警建议加强对罗非鱼湖病毒的监测与研究、发布企业预警,并谨慎自疫区国家进口相关产品.
Brazil has notified the WTO Secretariat of a draft risk analysis for tilapia products intended for hu-man consumption(G/SPS/N/BRA/2368),proposing the adoption of risk management measures for impor-ted whole tilapia.The external comments pointed out perceived logical inconsistencies in Brazil's risk assess-ment and recommended that Brazil provide sufficient scientific evidence to support its conclusions.Domestic advisory recommendations include enhancing monitoring and research on Tilapia Lake Virus(TiLV),issu-ing early warnings to industry stakeholders,and exercising caution regarding imports of tilapia and related products from countries affected by the virus.
