帮扶产业健康发展的多元价值与战略方向OA

Supporting the healthy development of support-assisted industries is an important support for maintaining the bottom line of not allowing large-scale poverty relapse in the long term.Based on the sorting out of the policy context of the support-assisted industries and in combination with the viewpoints in the literature,the concept is defined.It is believed that the support-assisted industries are county-level industries that enjoy various supportive policies and have the effect of increasing farmers'income.The development of supported-assisted industries is the product of the integration of the general theory of regional industrial development with China's specific practices,and it is the latest practical trend of enhancing the internal driving force for the development of the poverty-stricken population under the market-oriented orientation.In the future,efforts should be made to shift from independent development of poverty-stricken counties to coordinated development among counties,from full industrial chain development to industrial division of labor and agglomeration,from undifferentiated development of leading industries to precise classified guidance and promotion,from promoting output and selling well to adhering to production based on demand,and from universal assistance to supporting groups with strong capabilities.
