导尿管相关尿路感染风险预测模型的研究进展OA

Catheter associated urinary tract infection(CAUTI)is a common type of hospital acquired infection with a high incidence rate,which seriously threatens the physical and mental health and disease prognosis of patients.This study centers on the CAUTI risk prediction model,reviews the column-line diagram models,risk prediction formulas and machine-learning models constructed at home and abroad for different diseases and places,and analyzes and compares them in terms of the model's research methodology,validation and application,and incorporation of risk factors,with the aim of providing China's clinical healthcare workers with more scientific CAUTI risk prediction modeling ideas to help reduce the incidence of urinary tract infections.
