松树离体再生和遗传转化体系的研究进展OA北大核心
Research Progress in In Vitro Regeneration System and Genetic Transformation System for Pinus
松树是重要的商品林树种,通过常规育种方法难以满足其种质改良需求,利用现代分子育种技术可快速定向培育出具有优良性状的新种质.建立松树遗传转化体系有助于了解松树基因功能,并为后续松树遗传改良奠定基础,而高效再生体系是遗传转化体系的基础.文中综述松树再生体系和遗传转化体系构建的研究进展,重点总结器官发生和体细胞胚发生2种再生途径及其影响因素、农杆菌法和基因枪法介导的遗传转化及其影响因素以及离体再生的分子调控机制,并探讨松树再生体系和遗传转化体系存在的问题,以期为今后开展松树再生体系和遗传转化体系的相关研究提供参考.
Pine is a commercially significant forest species.The conventional breeding methods currently in use are unable to meet the demand for improving pine germplasm.However,modem molecular breeding technology allows for the rapid cultivation of new pine germplasm with superior traits.The establishment of a pine genetic transformation system facilitates the understanding of pine gene functions and provides the basis for subsequent genetic improvement.The highly efficient regeneration system serves as the basis for the genetic transformation system.This paper reviews the research progress in establishing regeneration and genetic transformation systems for pine.It focuses on the two regeneration pathways of organogenesis and somatic embryogenesis and their influencing factors,Agrobacterium-mediated and gene gun-mediated genetic transformation and their influencing factors,and the molecular mechanisms regulating in vitro regeneration.The existing problems associated with pine's regeneration and genetic transformation systems are further examined.The review attempts to offer references for future research and investigation in this field.
