核电厂备件质量控制问题分析与改进OA
Analysis and Improvement of Quality Control Issues of Spare Parts in Nuclear Power Plants
核电厂设备检修需求备件数量、种类繁多,且由于其涉核特性,失效后果严重.而备件是设备检修的"粮草",其质量直接影响设备维修、运行,因此对备件可靠性、可追溯性有很高要求.本文基于某核电厂备件管理过程中某个时间段出现的备件异常,从核电厂能控制的角度,分析核电厂备件质量控制中常见的失效点,并基于实践经验,提出改进建议.
The spare parts required for nuclear power plant equipment maintenance are numerous in quantity and variety.Due to their nuclear-related nature,failure consequences can be severe.As the"supplies"for equipment maintenance,spare parts'quality directly affects maintenance effectiveness and operational safety,demanding high requirements for reliability and traceability.This paper analyzes common failure points in spare parts quality control from the nuclear power plant's controllable perspective,based on anomalies observed in the spare parts management of a nuclear power plant during a specific period,and proposes improvement suggestions derived from practical experience.
