质量安全监控技术是机械制造企业实现生产优化的核心支撑,本文基于该技术通过集成传感器网络、边缘计算与智能算法构建实时监控系统.硬件架构设计强化抗干扰能力与数据采集精度,软件平台融合多源数据分析与深度学习模型,实现缺陷识别与决策自动化.技术应用覆盖光谱分析、振动监测及机器视觉检测等场景,形成质量追溯体系与风险预警机制,显著提升制造过程可靠性与产品合格率.

Quality and safety monitoring technology is the core support for machinery manufacturing enterprises to realize production optimization.Based on this technology,this paper builds a real-time monitoring system by integrating sensor network,edge computing and intelligent algorithm.The hardware architecture design strengthens the anti-interference ability and data collection accuracy,and the software platform integrates multi-source data analysis and deep learning model to realize defect identification and decision-making automation.The technology application covers spectral analysis,vibration monitoring and machine vision detection,forming a quality traceability system and risk warning mechanism,significantly improving the reliability of the manufacturing process and the qualified rate of products.
