现代农牧产业领军人才自主培养体系构筑与实践OA

The pace of modernization in China's agriculture and animal husbandry industry is accelera-ting,and it requires a large number of leading talents.However,the existing professional degree gradu-ate training system does not align well with the needs of the industry and struggles to support the culti-vation of such talents in the agriculture and animal husbandry industry.In the construction of new agri-cultural science,agricultural colleges and universities should innovate the concept of education,deepen the collaborative education mechanism,reconstruct the talent cultivation plan,optimize the organization-al management mode,improve the quality assurance system,and reform the assessment and evaluation methods to build a new cultivation system.After four years of exploration and practice,Huazhong Agri-cultural University has successfully established a new cultivation system for leading talents in the mod-em agriculture and animal husbandry industry.This system,known as"three-round all-personnel educa-tion,five-sphere integrated education,and double integration and double collaboration,"has significant-ly enhanced the quality of talent cultivation and enriched the approaches and methods for developing new agricultural disciplines.
