新农科建设背景下高等农林院校科技伦理教育困境与实施路径OA

"新农科"建设背景下,高等农林院校深化科技伦理教育有利于丰富大学生思想政治教育内容、提升大学生科技伦理素养、促进科技创新向上向善发展.然而,高等农林院校师生对科技伦理教育的重要性认识不到位,涉农专业科技伦理教育课程体系不健全,科技伦理育人合力不强,难以满足现代农业科技人才培养的需要.针对这些问题,提出高等农林院校开展科技伦理教育应遵循制度规范、责任意识和科技向善的原则,通过优化科技伦理教育课程体系,夯实课堂教学育人主阵地;丰富科技伦理实践育人载体,筑牢"第二课堂"育人大平台;选树科技服务"三农"先进典型,用好榜样示范引领主渠道;充分发挥"互联网+教育"优势,拓宽网络平台育人新空间,逐步形成线上线下相结合、课内课外互融通、校内校外一体化的科技伦理教育体系,切实提升科技伦理教育实效性,培养农业现代化的领跑者、乡村振兴的引领者和美丽中国的建设者.

Under the background of new agricultural science construction,deepening ethics education of science and technology in higher agricultural and forestry colleges and universities is conducive to enric-hing the content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,enhancing the scien-tific and ethical literacy of college and university students,and promoting the development of scientific and technological innovation in a positive and ethical direction.However,teachers and students in high-er agricultural and forestry colleges and universities lack awareness regarding the importance of ethics education in science and technology.The curriculum system for ethics education of science and technol-ogy in agricultural-related majors is incomplete,and there is insufficient collaborative effort towards eth-ics education and guarantee evaluation system of science and technology,making it challenging to meet the needs of modem agricultural science and technology talent development.In view of these problems,it is proposed that the development of science and technology ethics education in agricultural and forest-ry colleges and universities should follow the principles of system norms,sense of responsibility and sci-ence and technology for social good,and strengthen the leading position of classroom teaching and edu-cation by optimizing the curriculum system of science and technology ethics education;enrich the edu-cation carrier of ethical practice of science and technology,and build a"second classroom"educational platform;identify advanced typical scientific and technological workers serving"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",and lead the main channels with role models;the study fully utilize the advantages of"in-ternet+education",broadens the new space of network platform education,and gradually forms an inte-grated ethics education system of science and technology that combines online and offline,integrates in-class and out-of-class,and integrates in-school and out-of-school,so as to effectively improve the effec-tiveness of scientific and technological ethics education,and cultivate the leader of agricultural moderni-zation,the leader of rural revitalization and the builder of beautiful China.
