在新的历史交汇期,我国能够自主培养促进中国农业农村现代化发展的农科拔尖创新人才尤为关键.我国农科拔尖创新人才培养的实践道路历经了农业科学教育模式的形成、农科研究生教育制度的发展、大众化阶段分类培养及当前普及化阶段的协同推进,形成了具有本土特色的道路探索.以南京农业大学为校本案例,结合系统要素观,研究发现学校在服务于国家战略需要的基础上,分别从贯通式培养、农科荣誉教育、农业特色通识核心课程、书院制人才培养高地、凝聚优势学科资源、寓教于研及有组织科研等系统要素,建构了农科拔尖创新人才自主培养的校本实践.借此,以期为我国自主培养农科拔尖创新人才提供经验与启示.

In the new historical juncture,it is particularly crucial for China to cultivate outstanding agri-cultural science and technology innovative talents who can promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas independently.The practice of cultivating top innovative talents in China's agricultural sci-ence has gone through the formation of an agricultural science education model,the development of an agricultural graduate education system,the classified training in the popularization stage,and the coordi-nated promotion of the current popularization stage forming a road exploration with native characteris-tics.Taking Nanjing Agricultural University as a school-based case,combined with the concept of sys-tem elements,it is found that based on serving the needs of national strategy,the school has constructed the school-based practice of self-cultivation of top innovative talents in agricultural science from the systematic elements of through-type training,agricultural honor education,general education core curric-ulum with agricultural characteristics,academy system talent cultivation highland,the cohesion of ad-vantageous discipline resources,teaching and research,and organized scientific research.Through this,this study aims to provide experience and enlightenment for our country to train the top innovative tal-ents of agricultural science.
